KCT Secures NPS Assistance for Partners
Keystone Conservation Trust successfully applied for assistance from the Rivers and Trails Conservation program of the National Park Service for one of its Conservation Planning Collaboratives projects. In 2008, KCT and NPS worked with the GreenSpace Alliance and participants in the Pennypack Greenway partnership. This partnership involves a diverse group of public and private partners working together across local and county jurisdictions toward regional conservation goals. A second year of assistance will be provided for 2009, allowing the Pennypack Greenway Partnership to work on planning trail and pathway connections to the neighborhoods along the greenway.

at the margins of Philadelphia. Encompassing three protected areas within
both Philadelphia and Montgomery counties (the Pennypack Park, Lorimer
